Successful, sustainable organizations are rooted in a foundation with a clear purpose and direction. Standards are high and the driving forces are focused. Simply Speaking Toastmasters embraces this philosophy, and gladly shares our recipe for a championship club.
Provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
We are an uplifting community that inspires the leader in each of us to become the best version of ourselves, one speech at a time.
Personal Development and Growth
Growth is best achieved in a community. We observe, listen, and act on opportunities to gain awareness. Through encouragement, mentoring and mutual accountability, we all thrive.
Family
We are a welcoming family community, embracing people of all backgrounds, ages and experience levels. We build meaningful relationships and support one another with care and respect.
Dedication to the Whole
Our club thrives when every individual feels seen, supported, and empowered. We serve one another and contribute to the success of the club as a united team. Every contribution strengthens our shared success.
Honesty and Integrity
We take personal responsibility. We do what we say, say what we mean, and face challenges with openness and integrity.
Excellence
We provide a clear path to developing communication and leadership skills. With full and enthusiastic engagement, we exceed expectations and achieve the highest standards.
